We exist to see a global movement of gospel centered, multiethnic churches planted by or among South Asians.

Our Approach

  • We Expose

    We expose the gospel need and opportunity among South Asians, particularly imparting an imagination for church planting.

  • We Explore

    We provide spaces for ministry minded Christians to explore their sense of calling as or among South Asians.

  • We Equip

    We equip potential planters for church planting as or among South Asians through a year long cohort.

  • We Empower

    We empower pioneers by connecting them to the people and places where they can receive the ongoing training and support needed to plant.

Our Beliefs

Our Core Commitments

  • Christ-Centered

    The good news of what God has done through the death and resurrection of Jesus applied to our hearts by the Holy Spirit is the unifying center of our faith and our ministry.

  • Humble Unity

    The gospel frees us to make much of God and others rather than ourselves. Therefore we seek to see others as more significant than ourselves and live in the unity that we have as brothers and sisters in Christ.

  • Church Planting

    We see the local church as the primary means by which God chooses to establish His kingdom on earth. We pray that God would use The Advance Initiative to serve as a catalyst to see many churches planted by or among South Asians.

  • Multiethnicity

    We desire to be a part of God’s global redemption as He gathers worshipers from all tribes, tongues, and nations. Our hope is that churches would be planted that give us a glimpse of the diversity of Jesus’ Kingdom.
